Bill Owens' book Suburbia

 Bill was a photographer for The Independent and Tri-Valley Herald newspapers in the Livermore valley. He applied for and received a Guggenheim grant to produce a photography book about the culture of the suburbia. He put a classified ad in the paper asking for people who wanted to be photographed in their home.
