There were some who thought
    The beast could be tamed
Others said kill it
But I said let it go
    And it will devour itself
  Foolhardy I know
For it came upon me one night
In the wilds of New Jersey
The air was thick with heat
And humidity
And I was in my underwear outside
Smoking a cigarette butt
   It smelled the smoke
And shined it's eyes at me
"It was you who let me go
And for that I should, by social propriety,
Give thanks, but instead I'll
Eat you with my horrible teeth."
"Well your breath has pretty much done
That already, filthy beast."
