Down with the Mercury 

somethings afoot

speed with 

                       the quick and the dead

  unheralded

                 stowed

 and sartorial 

                     swift thoughts 

                      what's to be done

               painting in corners

                         rain rain and more rain

   this bed boat 

    is afloat 

                  steering the skies 

on dream waves

the

 cold air 

  is bracing 

                                            but the rain is getting in
