Rod had a blue 1974 Datsun 240z

Pretty sweet little Japanese car- a sports car

He was sixteen and had a pretty much brand new sports car

(I had a 63 Ford Fairlane my dad had bought for twenty five dollars)

We were parked at the dam at Del Valle Reservoir 

After scoring an ounce of weed

For 15 bucks

When a CHP pulled up

"If you boys have anything hand it over and I'll let you go but if I have to search for it I'm taking you in."

We handed it over

And went and bought two lids.
