Another Superhero memory

I used to use a safety pin to fasten the corners of a towel to make a cape. Instant Superhero!

We had very high ceilings on the second floor living room.

One day my dad had a high ladder up to change the light bulbs and I climbed up wearing my cape. I dove off Superman style intending to land on the sofa. I hit the sofa and bounced over the back and hit my face on the wood floor.

BLAM! WAAAAAAAH!
