It was a large classroom

In a large cement building

Someone said it was Brutalism

I liked the stark concrete

It had a neutral quality

When I tried to discuss it with a friend 

She just said "What?!"

And I had to rethink my whole way

Of thinking 

Or I had to not talk about certain things

With her
