In Tecate
  we breathe

     in Tecate 

Fire from our enemies - we will be protected

       the Saint of Tecate

is walking
he wears
black shoes on his feet

and carries a light for all to see
  the light is Tecate

                          And he will shine that light on you

in Tecate we breathe again

        the Martyr of Tecate
 
           is standing
           in a doorway
or an arch
     

                         He who gave his all so that others might live

                 shall not be forgotten

 as Tecate is
 so shall it be

                    and the children,
 and the animals of the land,
   and the gilled animals of the sea,
and the feathered animals of the sky,
   and the clawed animals of the North,
and more animals and bugs


            and there we will find Tecate
 as we found it
