Saturday morning

cooking angel hair pasta

to make cold noodles w poke

fifty degrees out and sunny

I might ride my bike today

it's been years but the bike is fixed up

thanks to Fenner

the guy from Shaker Heights

he put new tires on it 

I let him use it for five months but

he had to fix it up

I bought it years ago from Lenny

Once Lenny borrowed my van 

when he returned it he told me

"There's grass growing in the back of your van"

He was right. The van leaked so there was moisture

and I guess the hand cut rug my dad made

had gotten seeds or dirt in it

It had its own lawn
