Point San Pablo

Is a little sprit 

sticking out at the top of the bay

It's backed by many oil tanks of Point Richmond

giant ones

and it makes you wonder about toxic waste 

the road in is a tiny little thing 

with giant speed bumps every hundred feet or so

the marina looks out on blue green and brown water of the bay depending how deep it is

houseboats like Sausalito in the seventies

reside there charged per sq foot 

People live in them 

A large old navy research ship is 

Stuck in the mud out there

Supposedly a guy named Bobby owns it

and has signs all around it
