The creatures
On the shady side of the moon
Have lived there since longer than
Any of them can remember
They each live for tens of thousands of years
They each have a given song
 the variations of their song
 Is their communication
       Each creatures song is unique
And yet with others
Form a symphonic effect
   Not all sing
 Some never
 Some rarely
   Some every day
  They hide their existence
As they are made from moon dust
They eat moon dust as well
Which provides all the necessary nutrients
     They can take any shape
But in danger hide as the features of the landscape
“If no one knows we exist no one will want to get rid of us”
There senses of their surrounding are beyond description
They can read who and what you are -it’s not analysis
They just can tell what you are
   They can smell your thoughts
 Read your subterfuge
   Know your honesty
But you will never see them or even know they exist
They can’t be in the sunlight
The shady side is the only place for them
