Seen a lady today

 Sitting in her 

  Driveway 

                 Garage door open

                            Smoking a cigarette

                       Wearing a pink bathrobe

She didn’t say hi

This morning 

 I went out to the kitchen 

 To make coffee

   I was wearing my jacket

     Because it was cold

My housemate was there 

 And he looked at my jacket 

 And started shaking his head

“What are you wearing that jacket for?”

   “Because it’s cold?”

“Why don’t you turn on the heat like normal people?”
