to BAYFAIR in hayward
We were young and had some money
We'd go to Berkeley
Cuz they had cool stores
Used records
Used books (comics)
we'd shop!
like suburban teens
From the burbs
Once we went and watched
three Jimi Hendrix movies
We weren't even that big of Hendrix fans
But we sat through all three
Moe would smoke cigars in his bookstore
Street vendors sold stuff on tables
On the sidewalk
We'd eat shawarma
And drink cokes
And then get on BART
and go home
