Down by the Thames

Nobody cares

    Drive a Citroen 

    And get shot underneath the bridge

     The zither plays on

  Her hand 

Reaches 

   And the police siren blares

A curtain 

A window

A child plays outside

A drunk stumbles down a dark street

A woman screams
