Along a certain path

   there was a strange old man

He was dressed oddly not for hiking in the wooded

area- which we were

He waved us to come over

  "Say, you look like a knowledgeable couple, can you identify this tree?"

He pulled the bush back and directed us to peer in.

Inside there was a street with a streetcar and many people dressed in the clothes of the 1870's. Most of the people walked by but one rather rotund lady saw us and laughed.

"What do think? Perhaps a some coniferous?"

"Nah, it's definitely a coastal live oak."

"Have a good day!"
