teary eyed Memphis

       singing like 

               ralphie

on the disco platter

     but there was little to memorize 

    from 

a star struck circumference 

   with the heater going

 no one told me Memphis could be this cold

           but i wouldn't say no to a cheeseburger and fries right now

and reading about Winchell's Donuts doesn't make matters any better

                something about the old fashioned maples 

                                 that can really tear a guy's heart out
